Business Support Administrator
Brize Norton – Oxford
Permanent, full-time

The Business Support Administrator is required to provide full administrative support to all Managerial and Supervisory staff within the Brize Norton Tank Services team.

 More about the role:

  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming telephone calls appropriately.
  • Using the paper/CRM system to collate and report business information as required.
  • Providing support for all operational staff.
  • Scheduling & Planning of daily planned and reactive works.
  • Maintaining the efficient and professional standards of the depot.
  • To assist with the general office administration duties required for the efficient running of the depot.
  • Any other administrative duties that may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Providing full office cover in the event of absence of other office staff for any reason.
  • Any other duties for which the Business Support Administrator is suitably experienced and qualified to undertake and instructed to do so by Supervision to meet the needs of the business.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help streamline processes, handle customer enquiries, and support the execution of internal projects.
