About the Role:
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Solution Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background, an understanding of technology ecosystems, and a passion for driving innovation through data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across multiple lines of Conduent’s commercial business to design and implement solutions that deliver measurable value to clients, aligning with market trends and organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable business solutions tailored to both general and client-specific needs.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy and solution design.
- Leverage a solid understanding of technology platforms and systems to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in business architecture, solution development, or product strategy roles.
- Strong financial acumen and comfort working with large data sets and complex numerical analysis.
- Technological literacy and ability to understand and communicate in IT-related language (systems, APIs, compute, network, storage and security architecture).
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to positively influence diverse teams and groups.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various functions.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000.
