Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Program Manager (BPM) to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience managing customer relationships, coordinating RFQ responses, driving program execution, and resolving complex business issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is well suited for someone who combines the relationship-building skills of a customer-facing business professional with the organizational capabilities of a project manager. The successful candidate will have experience working with Contract Manufacturers (CM), Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), or Joint Design Manufacturers (JDM) and be comfortable managing customer expectations while driving internal accountability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and manage RFQ (Request for Quote) activities, including gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Lead regular customer meetings, status reviews, and business updates.
  • Track program milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to drive customer initiatives.
  • Manage customer escalations and facilitate conflict resolution among stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
  • Monitor project health, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships and improve operational performance.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Program Management, Business Operations, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Experience working within a CM, ODM, EMS, or JDM environment.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to build credibility and trust at all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing RFQs, customer communications, quotations, and business operations processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven conflict management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting consumer electronics, data center, networking, cloud infrastructure, or technology manufacturing customers.
  • Experience managing complex global programs involving multiple functional teams.
  • PMP or related project management certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and product lifecycle management processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English highly preferred

Pay range- $100,000- $125,000
