At NN, we’re not just pushing papers and spreadsheets around – we’re pushing boundaries. We’re all about building better, faster, and smarter processes that let us do our best work without getting tangled in red tape. If you’re the type who loves untangling knots, fixing what’s broken, and turning chaos into calm, then you’re exactly the kind of superhero we need.
Position Overview:
We need a Business Process Transformation Specialist – aka our “Efficiency Wizard” – to wave their magic wand (or process map) and help us streamline our operations. You’ll be our go-to person for spotting what’s slowing us down and finding clever ways to speed things up. You’ll work with teams across the company to transform clunky processes into lean, mean efficiency machines. No actual wands involved – but hey, if you’ve got one, we won’t complain.
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):
-
Dive into the heart of our business operations, figure out what’s causing bottlenecks, and unleash your best ideas to make everything run smoother.
-
You’ll work with everyone from the IT squad to the finance wizards to make sure the improvements you create are seamlessly implemented (and celebrated by all).
-
Not everyone loves change, but you’ll lead the charge, guiding teams through new processes and making sure they don’t miss a beat.
-
You’ll create metrics and KPIs that help us see exactly how awesome your improvements are. And if something’s not working? You’ll tweak it until it’s flawless.
-
If there’s tech out there that can help us do things faster, better, or with fewer headaches, you’ll be the one to bring it in.
-
You’ll constantly look for ways to make our processes even better – because why settle for good when you can be great?
What We’re Looking For (a.k.a. The Ideal You):
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or something that taught you how to organize things like a pro. (Master’s degree? Even better!)
-
At least 2-3 years of experience making processes smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter.
-
You’ve got a knack for spotting inefficiencies and an even better talent for fixing them.
-
Numbers don’t scare you – in fact, you love using data to solve problems.
-
Your communication skills are so good, people still talk about that one presentation you gave three years ago.
-
Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile? Great! But if you just know how to make things work efficiently, that’s even better.
-
Tech-savvy with an eye for automation tools? Bonus points if you’ve automated your morning coffee.
-
What’s in it for You (a.k.a. Why You’ll Love It Here):
-
Impactful Work: You won’t just shuffle papers here – you’ll help us level up our entire operation.
-
A Fun, Collaborative Team: We believe in teamwork, humor, and maybe a meme or two during meetings.
-
Growth Opportunities: Want to learn something new or rise up the ranks? We’ve got your back.
-
A Place that Loves Innovation: Got a crazy new idea? We’re all ears. As long as it’s legal.
