We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Group Benefits Plan Design Services Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit.

On the job you will:

  • Coordinate the setup and amendments of various systems and applications to ensure seamless operation.

  • Create and maintain essential client documents, including contracts and booklets, to support business needs.

  • Manage client coding to ensure accurate billing invoices and estimates, enhancing financial accuracy.

  • Configure systems to support claims adjudication and drug card generation, ensuring efficient processing.

  • Prepare and maintain access setups for company websites and mobile applications and respond to inquiries from Plan Administrators and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience

  • Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 95%

  • Above average problem-solving skills

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills

  • Above average attentiveness to detail (ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement; to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information)

  • Fast and accurate data-entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work accurately

  • Adaptable to change
