We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Retirement Operations. team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for process indexing with utmost attention to quality and quantity, and process simple to complex work which includes Licensing work and Rep Maintenance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.

  • Practice good judgment in processing cases.

  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors.

  • Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics.

  • Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management.

Required Qualifications: 

  • At least two (2) years of relevant back-office experience can be in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry or email support.

  • Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Knowledge of Streetscape, BPM, LARS and Licensing Process is an advantage

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
