Objective of the position

As our Global Procurement Business Process Manager, you will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes across the global organization. You will oversee process standardization for direct and indirect materials, supplier quality, and trade compliance, while managing the procurement playbook and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also lead procurement training initiatives, including onboarding and continuous learning programs, develop training tracking tools, and coordinate learning activities. In addition, you will collaborate with business systems teams, lead internal audits, monitor compliance, and prepare monthly procurement performance reports to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Characterization of activities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve global procurement processes across Direct & Indirect Materials, Supplier Quality, Program Procurement, Change Management, Transportation, and Trade Compliance.
  • Own and maintain the Procurement Playbook, ensuring effective process governance and adoption across the organization.
  • Lead procurement training programs, including onboarding and continuous learning, while managing training tracking and coordinating stakeholder training sessions.
  • Partner with business systems teams to manage process and training repositories and maintain procurement content within learning platforms.
  • Conduct internal audits, monitor process utilization and compliance, and develop monthly procurement scorecards and leadership reporting.
  • Facilitate weekly Procurement Council meetings, drive action follow-up, and lead special projects supporting global procurement initiatives.

Education, Experience and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience, with the ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, customer focus, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver clear, engaging presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience supporting training initiatives, process deployment, or change management activities; IATF experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and project coordination capabilities.
