Job Role: Business Process Expert
We are looking for a seasoned Business Process Expert to strengthen our Customer Engagement and Order-to-Cash landscape. The role requires strong end-to-end process expertise, ERP knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset to support global stakeholders.
Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Act as business process expert for end‑to‑end processes with focus on Customer Engagement and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
- Analyze, standardize and continuously optimize business processes across global stakeholders.
- Support business users as key contact for process and system topics (ERP/CRM).
- Drive process improvements, automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Support system changes, releases and projects including requirements definition, testing and training.
- Monitor process performance and KPIs and contribute to BPM governance and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Process Management, Customer Engagement or Order-to-Cash (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes including Order Handling, Pricing, and Incident Management.
- Experience in process modeling, optimization and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
