Business Process Expert Role Overview
As Business Process Expert (BPE), you are the crucial link between NXP’s business processes and IT solutions. You will combine your learning and understanding of the quality business processes with your technical insights and expertise of IT Technology and the NXP solution platforms to translate evolving business needs into future-ready IT solutions, working with external partners and within Agile teams to incrementally deliver features and improvements on the Quality solutions. Your responsibilities will span from requirements gathering and analysis to solution design and implementation, testing, technical guidance and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Process Expert and Technical Expert, you are responsible for:
• Translate business requirements into IT solutions for given business process within the Quality domain
• Organize and execute all required activities to deliver high quality specifications and designs that meet the business process requirements.
• You collaborate with stakeholders and partners to design, develop and implement the required IT solutions, within a number of boundary conditions like budget, timing and architecture.
• Create, challenge and validate business cases for the requirements of the business.
• Validate designs and IT solutions as they are created by partners
• Organize proper user acceptance testing, roll-out activities and hand-over to operations.
• Execute Root Cause Analysis triggered by incidents
• Maintain in-depth expertise of how our application platforms can contribute to support and accelerate business processes with IT solutions
• Take on flexible roles within Agile teams, such as Scrum Master, Lead Developer, Technical expert, or team member responsible for configuration and testing.

Job profile
• Bachelor or Master in IT, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology
• Knowledge on quality process concepts.
• Knowledgeable on Semiconductor business and manufacturing
• Thinking in business process
• Good working knowledge on application development and maintenance activities
• Adequate understanding of project management techniques (SAFe / Prince2)
• Continuous Learner: Stays updated on IT technologies and best practices.
Furthermore, you are
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Flexible and team player
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
