The Mid-Level Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of customer- and partner-facing B2B portals that serve as the primary digital touchpoint between our company, fleet customers and service providers. This role focuses on implementing Lightning Web Components (LWCs), portal components, integrations, and configurations, delivering best in class user experience.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, UX(?), integration teams, and backend platform owners to deliver portals that are fast, intuitive, secure, and built for long-term scalability.
1.Solution Design & Implementation — Build and maintain portal components using LWCs, Apex controllers and Experience Cloud configuration options. Collaborate with designers and business analysts to refine portal UX. Translate dealer feedback into iterative UX improvements. Implement user flows, self-service features, dashboards, and content layouts. Configure profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and external user management.
2.Integrations & End-to-End Service Flows — Design and implement integrations between Experience Cloud and other internal and external systems. Perform integration tasks using REST APIs, Platform Events, or middleware.
3.Performance, Security & Compliance — Ensure the solution meets performance SLAs, role-based access controls, and compliance requirements (PII, regional regulations). Implement monitoring and observability for key performance indicators. Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices.
4.Platform Delivery & Governance — Follow established policies and best practices for scope definition, implementation, testing, business activation and maintenance. Collaborate with other Salesforce IT teams to establish and enforce platform-wide global standards. Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvements.
5.Customer Experience & Adoption — liaise with internal and external business stakeholders to develop and deliver outstanding role-based user experience and self-service/portal capabilities. Support rollout and adoption with agile project methodology.
