Responsibilities:
- Lead feasibility/post evaluation of projects/initiatives to support long term growth
- Annual business budgeting and rolling forecast with reasonable assumptions/insight/analysis
- Lead business analysis, Define market test KPIs and success measures with view for risks & opportunities
- Evaluate & Analyze test results to suggest for decisions making with insights recommendation
- Establish a sound business case for each project then provide insights and recommendations to leadership team
- Partner with multi-functional teams (digital, development, operation) - provide analysis, target, recommendation
- Partner with franchisee, review business, provide consultation and build franchisee capability
- Estimated financial impact of any foreseeable opportunity/risk, update forecast and heads up to business partners
- Establish performance tracking/reporting and management information requirements
- Proactive involvement in optimizing processes
- Ad-hoc analyses and special projects assigned by Head of Business Planning
Qualifications:
- Any Business or Engineering degree
- 6-8 years’ overall experience with emphasis on commercial planning and analysis, performance evaluation, forecasting specifically Involved with statistical analysis of financial data
- Solid background on financial planning, forecasting and analysis.
- Strategic thinking, Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Competent user of MS office especially Excel
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Skills Required
