Context

250+ local authorities rely on Vizzia to keep their streets clean and safe, and we aim to reach 450 by the end of 2026. Scaling from here means the way our teams operate today won't hold tomorrow: planning installations, preparing customer reviews, running our onboarding playbooks, closing the books — each of these workflows needs to be redesigned, equipped, and partly automated for the next stage of growth.

BizOps is the team in charge of making that happen. In 2026, we will be 6 people working alongside Timothée (BizOps & BI Team Lead): 3 BizOps Managers (including 2 to hire), and 1 BI Analyst. Each of us owns a slice of the business and partners directly with the Heads of Delivery, CSM, OPS, and G&A to ship the tools and processes that let them grow without breaking.

As a Business Operations Manager, your mission will be to take ownership of a perimeter of business gestures, challenge how they work today, redesign them when needed, and ship the tools and automations — increasingly powered by AI — that make our teams faster, more reliable, and more scalable.

What You'll Do

1. Understand and challenge our operational workflows

  • Spend your first months in the field with the Delivery, CSM, OPS, and G&A teams to map how they actually work today.

  • Identify which gestures are well-designed, which ones don't hold at scale, and which ones simply shouldn't exist anymore.

  • Translate what you observe into a clear, prioritized backlog of BizOps projects with the Team Lead.

2. Design and ship BizOps projects end to end

  • Frame, scope, and deliver concrete projects — from installation planning tools to automated preparation and follow-up of CSM reviews.

  • Target 2 to 3 projects shipped to production in your first 3 months, and 6 to 7 by month 6.

  • Build with no-code automation tools (N8N, Zapier, Make) when they fit, and bring in code (Python, SQL) when they don't.

3. Bring AI into our operational workflows

  • Embed Claude into BizOps projects to remove manual work on tasks like meeting preparation or process orchestration.

  • Start with quick wins on well-bounded use cases, then move to deeper integrations as your understanding of the business deepens.

  • Instrument every AI implementation so we can measure real impact, not vanity output.

4. Contribute to the ERP deployment

  • Work alongside the Team Lead on the scoping phase of our ERP rollout: gather requirements from operational teams, document trade-offs, and surface decisions that need to be made.

  • Make sure the deployment doesn't destabilize the teams currently running our day-to-day operations.

5. Make operational performance measurable

  • Define, with the operational teams, the KPIs that matter for the gestures you redesign or automate.

  • Set up the instrumentation and dashboards needed for those KPIs to be visible to the people doing the work — not just to management.

  • Tie your projects to a clear, traceable business impact (FTEs saved, time reduced, quality improved).

Who You Are
  • You have 2 to 6 years of experience, including a first BizOps role in a startup at scale stage — or an adjacent role where you've owned process redesign and tooling.

  • You have shipped at least one project that put a Large Language Model (Claude, Dust, or equivalent) into the hands of a business team. This is non-negotiable.

  • You're comfortable with workflow automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, or Make. Familiarity with Git, Python, or SQL is a strong plus.

  • You don't take a process at face value: you question it, redesign it when needed, and bring people along with you.

  • You move from observation to shipping quickly, without skipping the depth of understanding that makes a project actually stick.

At Vizzia, we value precision, ownership, and intellectual honesty. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about how operations work — and who wants to use AI to change them, not just to talk about them.
