Lead product strategy and operating model across Hardware, AI, and two SaaS verticals. Lead and scale Vizzia’s marketing function across product marketing, performance/acquisition, and brand. Build positioning and assets for public safety and waste markets, enable Sales with closing-focused collateral, create predictable inbound lead generation, mature brand credibility for international expansion, and hire and manage a ~10-person team to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

The Lead Go-To-Market for Safety will manage sales activation, revenue alignment with product, operations delivery, and acquisition mechanics, ensuring growth for this new business line.

Lead zero-to-one UK market expansion for Vizzia's Waste vertical: build B2G pipeline, run complex SaaS sales cycles (6–9 months), close initial deals (~€30k ARR average) to achieve €300k ARR year one and scale to €700k+ ARR year two, adapt sales playbook, and support team ramp-up.

Develop and maintain internal Ops and Hardware tools: build backend services (Node.js/TypeScript) and REST APIs with OpenAPI, work on event flows/data pipelines on AWS, contribute infra-adjacent CDK work, implement frontends in React/Tailwind, participate in architecture, code reviews, incidents, and mentor junior hires.

The Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain data pipelines, ensure data reliability, build a data platform for R&D, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.

Design and run cloud architecture for AI Waste, optimize AI pipelines, and implement CI/CD processes to enhance team efficiency.
