Lead hardware quality by defining a company-wide quality plan, processes, and test plans. Run supplier quality (including audits in China twice yearly), secure CE certification, build product traceability, reduce defect rates, and train the hardware team to embed quality across R&D, manufacturing, and field deployments.

Lead product strategy and operating model across Hardware, AI, and two SaaS verticals. Build and scale empowered product teams, recruit and coach PMs and designers, drive discovery and outcome ownership, align squads to company objectives, and partner with CTPO and engineering leadership to deliver product impact while scaling the organization.

Own Vizzia’s finance function, including strategic scenario planning, capital structure, contract financing, fundraising, reporting, financial modeling, and cash-flow management. Serve as a finance partner to the COMEX, build automated close and reporting processes, manage the existing accounting and FP&A team, and scale the function. Prepare the company for future fundraising and maintain M&A optionality while supporting international expansion and value creation.

Lead Odoo implementation translating Ops, Supply and Finance processes into working modules, deploy initial modules, maintain Odoo.sh platform, coach BizOps team to own simple developments, set up AI-assisted code review, and progressively delegate and review work.

Build Vizzia’s UK waste-sector market from scratch by prospecting local authorities, managing complex B2G SaaS sales cycles, closing approximately 10 contracts, and adapting the sales playbook for scalable growth. The role owns full-cycle sales, develops strategic partnerships, builds pipeline, and targets €300k ARR in the first year and €700k+ in the second year. Regular travel to the Paris headquarters is required.

Develop and maintain internal Ops and Hardware tools: build backend services (Node.js/TypeScript) and REST APIs with OpenAPI, work on event flows/data pipelines on AWS, contribute infra-adjacent CDK work, implement frontends in React/Tailwind, participate in architecture, code reviews, incidents, and mentor junior hires.

Lead Vizzia’s marketing function across Product Marketing, Performance (Acquisition), and Brand & Communications to accelerate revenue. Build positioning and assets for public safety and waste verticals, enable Sales with conversion-focused materials, create a predictable inbound acquisition engine, mature brand credibility, and hire and manage a ~10-person team to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
