Corporate Tools owns 30+ office buildings across 27 states. We use a portion of our building space for our own operations and lease the remaining space to tenants. We're going to buy more. Someone needs to run all of it like a business, and that someone might be you. This is classified as a Hybrid role meaning working 2-3 times a week in our Post Falls, ID or Spokane, WA locations.
Here's the twist: you don't need a real estate background. We'd rather hire a sharp business person who can run any team you hand them than someone who can recite cap rates but can't make a decision.
You'll own our real estate portfolio and lead the people who keep it running: property managers, lease administration, a workplace designer, and a construction project manager. They know real estate and asset management. Your job is making sure all that expertise adds up to a portfolio that costs less, earns more, and actually supports where the company is headed. If you can lead experts who know their craft better than you do, understand the business, drive ROI, and get things done without a 40-slide deck, keep reading.

- You turn plans into finished things, not more plans.
- You're a good human with an ego small enough to fit in a carry-on.
- be able to work 2-3 times a week in our Post Falls, ID or Spokane, WA Office

Why Work Here
Honestly? We tried hiring a real estate expert. Then we realized we already have a bunch of them. What we're missing is the person who turns a team of specialists into a well-run business. You don't need to know a cap rate from a ceiling tile. You need to know how to ask good questions, read the numbers, and make a call.
Skills Required
- Experience running complex operations at scale across 10 or more sites, projects, or teams, with demonstrated results
- Ability to evaluate costs and value, make financially sound decisions, and drive return on investment
- Experience leading specialists and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to execute plans and complete initiatives
- Ability to work onsite two to three times per week in Post Falls, Idaho, or Spokane, Washington
What We Do
Corporate Tools is proudly, stubbornly independent. No outside investors calling the shots. It’s just us choosing customers over profits, every time. We build the behind-the-scenes tools that keep businesses running: software, LLC filings, registered agent service, website and domain registration, address services… basically all the unglamorous stuff that makes companies actually work. We’ve grown into one of the largest B2B providers in the U.S. by sticking to a simple mission: solve the real, messy, confusing problems of starting and running a business, while keeping your privacy intact and making your life a whole lot easier.
Why Work With Us
We’re privately held, debt free, and focused on people. Not investors. That means we can keep hiring folks we like, building tools that actually work, and making sure our customers are taken care of. If you want to know more about what values drive us, check out our Company Principles.
