We're growing! We’re looking for passionate, driven, and energetic candidates to join our Business Operations team for the position of Business Operations Coordinator located at our office in Guelph, Ontario.
Compensation: Starting at $50,000.00 annually plus bonus.
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will help streamline the department’s daily operations by coordinating administrative processes and supporting projects across Skyline’s operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting new acquisitions, maintaining service contracts and operational records, coordinating telecommunications and internet services, tracking agreements and licences, assisting with software rollouts and training, and supporting Technology Solutions and operational teams, while maintaining focus on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate assigned projects with Business Operations leaders and partners.
  • Monitor the operations inbox and route requests appropriately.
  • Maintain contracts, licences, trackers, forms, and operational records.
  • Support acquisitions through vendor, account, document, shipment, and data coordination.
  • Administer operational systems, update building information, and run reports.
  • Support software rollouts, process development, SOPs, and staff training.
  • Track housing-related agreements and resolve renewal or payment issues with agencies.
  • Coordinate phone and internet services, troubleshooting, records, and audits.
  • Compile budget information and maintain building operations spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate forms, manuals, correspondence, events, resources, and intranet records.
  • Assist with training, policy compliance, and other assigned duties.
What You Bring
  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, Human Rights Code, and other applicable legislation.
  • Experience with office administration and clerical procedures, along with an understanding of residential property management or real estate.
  • Strong database management, data-entry, Microsoft Excel, and general computer skills, with the ability to manage spreadsheets accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and event-planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, remain detail-oriented, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach supported by sound judgment, problem-solving ability, innovation, reliability, and consistent attendance.
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of post-secondary education and three (3) years of relevant workplace experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills Required
