The role requires customer service, office administration, accurate recordkeeping, property management software use, and occasional physical activity such as lifting and climbing stairs.

Serves as the primary contact for wealth management investors, providing customer service, investment education, financial guidance, and relationship support. The role deepens client engagement, qualifies investors, supports sales and new business opportunities, tracks activities in Salesforce, and assists with the complete investment sales process. Candidates need at least two years of investment management experience with high-net-worth clients, knowledge of exempt market investments, and eligibility for exempt market dealer registration.

Build and manage long-term relationships with accredited and high-net-worth investors across Canada. Convert qualified leads through consultative conversations, presentations, and meetings; recommend private real estate and renewable energy funds; support onboarding and ongoing service; and represent Skyline at investor events. The role requires investment sales or wealth management experience, financial sophistication, strong client service, and eligibility for registration as a Dealing Representative.

Manages daily on-site residential property operations, including leasing, rental inquiries, applications, tenant relations, complaints, emergency responses, maintenance coordination, inspections, fire safety records, rent collection, deposits, expense tracking, audits, resident events, and administrative documentation. Maintains accurate lease, inspection, transaction, and resident records while ensuring compliance with company procedures and accessibility policies.

Coordinates broad HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, leave administration, health and safety, training, HR systems, employee communications, and process improvement. Supports managers, maintains accurate employee records, answers payroll-related questions, drafts employee documentation, and helps improve HR programs and employee experience. This is an 18-month contract based at the company’s head office in Guelph, Ontario.
