Supports recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS and employee records, training, health and safety, and day-to-day guidance for employees and managers. Maintains confidential documentation, processes employee changes, assists with investigations and performance management, and helps ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.

Supports real estate acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting, valuations, asset management, due diligence, portfolio performance monitoring, and investment recommendations. Builds and interprets financial models, analyzes operating and market data, identifies value creation opportunities, and prepares reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Serves as the primary contact for wealth management investors, providing customer service, investment education, financial guidance, and relationship support. The role deepens client engagement, qualifies investors, supports sales and new business opportunities, tracks activities in Salesforce, and assists with the complete investment sales process. Candidates need at least two years of investment management experience with high-net-worth clients, knowledge of exempt market investments, and eligibility for exempt market dealer registration.

Build and manage long-term relationships with accredited and high-net-worth investors across Canada. Convert qualified leads through consultative conversations, presentations, and meetings; recommend private real estate and renewable energy funds; support onboarding and ongoing service; and represent Skyline at investor events. The role requires investment sales or wealth management experience, financial sophistication, strong client service, and eligibility for registration as a Dealing Representative.
