In this role you will:
- Monitor incoming customer payments.
- End-to-end support for the sales invoicing process.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoice data before further processing.
- Closely collaborate with the Sales and Logistics department to ensure correct invoicing of supplies and services.
- Collaborate with Sales on ordering and coordinating demo equipment.
- Take over the IT equipment ordering process and its inventory.
- Managing hardware inventory (availability, stock levels, rotation).
- Coordinate the flow of equipment between employees and projects (including substitutions and returns).
- Support Sales in ordering and organizing demo equipment.
- Support the organization of conferences, summits, and corporate events.
- Ensure the availability of equipment and resources for events and implementations.
- Coordinate Equipment logistics for events and corporate trips.
- Ability to handle and take ownership of many different topics.
- Very good in Excel.
- Open-mindedness, attention to detail, openness for constant changes and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Polish language proficiency.
- Cat B driving license would be nice to have.
