As a Business Operations Analyst at Salesforce Services, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on driving growth and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to support internal stakeholders who are producing high-quality contracts that align with our Services growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the business.
Some daily deliverables include quality assurance, booking review checks, ongoing audits and data hygiene checks for professional services contracts produced by our internal stakeholders. The role is cross-functional, requires interaction with multiple areas of the organization, and provides exposure to senior executives.
The successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for being a business partner to our internal stakeholders. Moreover, the candidate will excel at extracting insights from data, converting ideas to action, and communicating insights to all levels of management.
Responsibilities:

  • Daily Quality Assurance and hygiene checks for professional services opportunities

  • Audit professional services opportunities for accuracy and compliance

  • Management of shadow process to replicate data

  • Maintenance and updates to templates and process documentation

  • Operational subject matter expert for process and policy in selling services

  • Develop and conduct change management and enablement to internal stakeholders as the business evolves

  • Provide ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations

  • Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights & recommendations

  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives

  • Support strategic initiatives including evaluating areas of opportunity for the businesses

  • Troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes

  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making

  • After hours month and Quarter-end support

  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling Google Doc presentations and presenting to senior leadership

  • Advanced Excel & Google sheet skills

  • Work experience in consulting, sales support, or product management is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Salesforce CRM experience an asset
