As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region to foster long-term relationships with our clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions. This role blends technical expertise with relationship management to guide clients through onboarding, system integration, and ongoing support.
📌 Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & CRM Specialist to support our rapidly growing Sales and Business Development teams. In this role, you’ll streamline sales processes, own our Salesforce CRM, deliver data-driven insights, and define the metrics that drive our success. Your work will directly impact how efficiently and effectively our revenue teams operate.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Operations Support
- Streamline and optimize the sales process for team efficiency.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, including forecasting.
- Configure Salesforce to adapt to team needs.
- Design and maintain sales operations tools.
- Automate routine tasks to reduce manual work for sales reps.
2. Salesforce & CRM Management
- Manage the company’s Salesforce CRM data and processes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy of leads and records.
- Maintain data integrity through audits and validation.
- Act as the liaison for account managers regarding CRM issues.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate insights from CRM and financial data for decision-making.
- Create reports and dashboards for leadership and the team.
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance and KPIs.
- Analyze data for trends and recommend strategies.
4. Define & Track Metrics
- Define and refine KPIs and support revenue planning by tracking targets and building real-time dashboards for critical metrics.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or operations role (such as Sales Operations, Business Analyst, or Operations Coordinator) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a start-up environment or small company is a plus. Healthcare or medical device industry experience is preferred, as familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology will help you hit the ground running.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred). Able to quickly learn new software tools (the candidate should adapt rapidly to new systems and processes ).
- Strong data structuring skills (or comparable spreadsheet/analysis tools) are important for data analysis. Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented:
- Excellent analytical thinking – you enjoy digging into data to find insights. Must be extremely detail-oriented and accuracy-focused; our team relies on your reports and data to make decisions, so errors must be minimized .
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Fast Learner & Adaptable:
- Business Operations Manager who is adaptable, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about mastering new tools, particularly Salesforce, as our workflows evolve.
- Other Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in EU.
- Staying organized and being proactive are essential qualities for this role – you'll frequently take the initiative to address challenges before they even come to others' attention.
