This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Germany.
We're looking for a (Senior) Solutions Engineer ITSM/ESM to expand our growing business and team in Germany. Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customer's hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. In this role, you'll be working directly with the enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian's customers. You'll strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. In this role, you will:
  • Work closely together with our cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey
  • Work with your team to investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
  • Partner with sales management to align the overall account plan and customer outcomes
  • Be delivering deeply compelling presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts to customers and prospect
  • Work with product management to advance Atlassian's product line and provide customer feedback

More about you
We're looking for a dynamic, collaborative team member supporting the Atlassian values. Ideally you have 4 or more years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity. You also have a proven track record of delivering successful customer outcomes with the ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders with the customer base. You preferably have a deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain, or AI capabilities related to service management. You have been working extensively with the DACH market, and you speak German and English fluently. You're equally comfortable in both a business and technical context. You love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win, hate to lose, and are passionate about making clients successful.
