If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Continental Cars BMW is looking for an enthusiastic F&I Business Manager to join our dynamic team at our Wairau Valley, Auckland dealership. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a constantly evolving environment where no two days are the same, managing our finance and insurance processes while collaborating closely with sales and management to maximise business opportunities.

This role will see you take on the responsibility for developing and maintaining ongoing customer relationships to maximise sales and earnings from finance, insurance, and aftercare products. This role requires strong customer service skills to thrive.
