Stryker's Commercial team sits at the hub of our ANZ business. We shape long term partnerships with our largest customers and the major private buying groups, not transactional contracts. This role is for someone already operating at a corporate, customer facing level who wants a bigger, more complex canvas to play on.
What you'll do
Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and private buying groups
Lead complex negotiations and renewals end to end with Pricing, Financial Solutions and Legal
Build the long term partnership strategy for each account, including P&L, rebates and growth
Influence across Sales, BU Directors and the leadership team to land "One Stryker" outcomes
What you'll bring
Corporate level sales, commercial or strategic account experience
A track record of structuring and landing complex, multi stakeholder deals
A history of crafting creative, considered solutions to deals that don't fit a standard model
Strong commercial acumen, comfortable in a P&L, rebate and pricing conversation
Builds trust quickly and holds multiple priorities at once without losing the detail
Thrives in a matrix and influences without needing authority

Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial, business management, or strategic account role
- Demonstrated experience in deal structuring and contract negotiation across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience operating within a matrix organisation and influencing without direct authority
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders in structured customer environments
- Experience working with buying groups or large enterprise customers
- Exposure to regulated or highly structured industries
