Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Management team at Marsh McLennan (MMC). This role will be based in Cluj, Romania.
As a Business Management Specialist, you will sit within the Revenue Assurance part of the team and focus on ensuring that every dollar of billable revenue is secured in both a timely and accurate manner while working to simplify existing revenue reporting processes and building out unique insights into review and pricing at a client and site level.
We will count on you to:

Produce executive-level insights into revenue performance with suggestions and recommendations for improvement;

Utilize Excel for data analysis, modeling and presentation;

Partner closely with Darwin Finance, Billing, Operational and Commercial teams on a day-to-day basis;
-
Recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, quantify their impact, define their benefits and bring them to the attention of management;

Develop a deep understanding of Darwin Global clients from a revenue and value perspective to ensure accurate P&L reported revenues and client invoices;

Present complex data in a simple fashion to support decision-making at senior levels;
What you need to have:

3+ years experience in financial management and controls, particularly in revenue assurance;

Strong Excel skills with experience in data management and reporting;

Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner;
