Your Role at Impact.com:The Business IT / ServiceNow & Systems Integration Specialist will own the implementation, customization, and integration of our core ServiceNow platform. You will also oversee integrations for other new and existing applications, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
What You'll Do:
Working closely with the IT Team, you'll design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that drive productivity for internal stakeholders
Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and user interface elements
Develop server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripts to automate business processes and enhance functionality
Perform IT integrations with the use of REST and SOAP web services, service accounts, and the ServiceNow Integration Hub
Ensure IT general controls (SSO, 2FA, permission management) are in place for ServiceNow and other integrated SaaS applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical as well as performance issues on the ServiceNow platform
Conduct research and testing (unit, integration, UAT) to validate new features and resolve technology issues
Create and maintain clear, detailed project and system documentation
Keep up to date on the latest ServiceNow feature releases and implement new functionality for the company
What You Have:
Experience as a ServiceNow Developer or ServiceNow Administrator, with a focus on implementation, customization, and maintenance
Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its architecture, and its various modules
Proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong ability to develop both server-side and client-side scripts within the ServiceNow environment
Experience with REST and SOAP web services for system integrations, including familiarity with the ServiceNow Integration Hub
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and performance issues
Experience with different types of testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ability to collaborate effectively with, and articulate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams
Knowledge of version control systems like Git
Ability to support a predominantly Mac-based environment
Proficiency in Python is a strong asset
