The Role
JOB SUMMARY
EV Battery Solutions (EVBS) is seeking a proactive Business Intelligence Senior Analyst (located in Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, or Atlanta) to help build and mature our data reporting and analytics. In this role, you will partner with Engineering, Operations, Software Engineering, Client Solutions, and Sales to drive best in class reporting/analytics for internal stakeholders and clients.
The Business Intelligence (BI) Senior Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, dashboards, and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Data Analysis & Reporting / BI Solution Development - You are a data ninja.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Amazon QuickSight.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
  • Validate and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
  • Build and implement scalable BI solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize data models and reporting pipelines.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Communication, Collaboration & Influence - You build bridges for positive impact across the organization
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
  • Craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences-executives, peers, and frontline teams-simplifying complex data findings for both technical and non-technical groups.
  • Deliver insights with clarity and confidence to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Demonstrate initiative and accountability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, balancing priorities with agility and resilience under pressure.

Continuous Improvement - You are an ongoing learner.
  • Stay current with emerging BI trends, tools, and technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve data accessibility and usability across the organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science) and 4 years' experience in a related field (Business Intelligence, data analytics). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight) and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and visualization tools (Visio/Lucid, Smartsheet).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across diverse teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized with an ownership mindset.
  • Effective communication skills-able to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in a start-up or growth environment, with the ability to build and establish a robust Quality Management System from the ground up.

USD 89,400.00 - 134,000.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
