What We DoKey responsibilities include ongoing planning and preparation of information security reporting and data analysis for senior executive level presentations in a time sensitive and collaborative environment. This role requires familiarity with all aspects of an information security organization and technical knowledge and rationalization of their respective data and relationship across multiple sources. Must be able to reconcile, analyze and validate data for accuracy. Be able to understand and interpret the KPI and metrics and recommend and lead process improvements as needed. Must be detail oriented, skilled and polished in preparing high quality C-suite level PowerPoint presentations with little to no errors.
What You'll Do
- Independently oversees and coordinates the content and data collection activities and validation.
- Defines timeline and milestones for deliverables across functional groups.
- Consolidates and validates deliverables based on pre-defined reporting and PowerPoint templates.
- As a technical expert, interprets results from multiple sources and identify trends, discrepancies and errors in a timely manner, recommends corrective action and lead the responsible teams to resolution.
- Monitors and reports status of efforts to management, anticipates and identifies complex risks and issues that could inhibit the attainment of goals and implement the necessary corrective actions.
- Proactively communicates and collaborates with the appropriate team members to define functional requirements.
- Prepares reports; researches and analyzes data; and tracks trends and vital information.
- Manages the reporting and documentation process, adjusting plans and schedules as required.
- Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

- Technical knowledge of Information Security functional areas
- Conceptual understanding of current technologies and methodologies and business processes to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors.
- Experience with reports and analytics
- Highly skilled in data analysis and data quality assurance
- Experience rationalizing data and defining and interpreting metrics and KPIs
- Must be highly analytical. Possess critical thinking and strong problem solving skills to identify issues and drive appropriate solutions

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Generally requires BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience
- Must have minimum 5 years information security experience
- Experience in business analysis, reporting and analytics, project management
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Certified Professional), SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Management), CCNA, CCNP, MSCE preferred
Salary Range: $126,100.00 - $168,125.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
