Job Description:
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Analyze complex data sets, develop statistical models, and build interactive dashboards and reports to surface trends, identify risks, and surface opportunities for process optimization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytical requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Develop complex SQL queries, utilize data warehousing technologies, and apply scripting languages like Python to automate processes and analyze data.
- Deliver actionable insights to business and product teams, providing training on self-service reporting tools to democratize data across the organization.
- Research and identify opportunities for innovation in data analysis and BI solutions, leading to improved operational performance and key business decisions.
What you'll need:
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 3 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
- Alternate Education and Experience: Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 1 year of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
- Experience must include 1 year with:
- SQL, data warehousing concepts, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight);
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and model complex data, including experience with statistical analysis;
- Scripting languages like Python for automation and data manipulation;
- Data normalization and dataset modeling in large data warehouse environments; and
- Analyzing retail/e-commerce or clickstream data, and Python.

The base salary range for this role is $148,000 to $180,500 per year.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
