Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Own the existing BI environment, including data models, dashboards and reporting pipelines.
- Maintain, administer and monitor Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Build new reports, dashboards and analytical views as requirements change.
- Design, build and implement automation across finance, operations and commercial to remove manual and repeat work.
- Build Power Automate flows for approvals, document routing and notifications.
- Run quarterly automation reviews and measure return on investment.
- Automate user administration, including provisioning, access and licence allocation.
- Train end users on BI tools, dashboards and self-service reporting.
- Keep user guides, process documentation and the knowledge base up to date.
- Support business users and act as first escalation for BI queries.
- Build automated ETL pipelines between SAP and the BI environment.
- Work with executive stakeholders to find automation opportunities and deliver data-driven insight.
- Monitor uptime, stability and the effectiveness of reporting and automation, and keep improving both.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in BI and automation.
- Strong Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Power Automate.
- Power Apps is preferred.
- SAP data extraction and systems integration.
- Experience managing BI reporting environments, dashboards and reporting pipelines.
- Hands-on delivery of automation, working independently.
- End-user training, support and documentation.
Skills Required
