Saint Alphonsus Health System has an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The Business Intelligence Analyst II will establish and maintain a consultative partnership with business owners, stakeholders and leadership. Responsibilities include developing, analyzing, and evaluating information/data to create and maintain business intelligence that supports the strategic objectives, mission and business intelligence strategy of the health system. Additional duties include collaborating with technical teams and EDW teams to develop needed data infrastructure for respective business intelligence solutions. Supports business intelligence tools and systems, and end-users of these tools and systems. Contributes to and supports data and analytic governance, process and tool documentation, data and analytic asset inventories, and business intelligence knowledge base documentation.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, IT, or Math.
2. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in data analysis of complex, large data sets, preferably in healthcare.
