The Role:

We are seeking a Growth Strategy and Analytics Manager to drive and execute growth initiatives that will shape the future of our company. This role combines strategic thinking, market insights, analytical skills, and program management expertise to expand our customer base, elevate user experiences, and improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Identify and assess market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. Develop data-driven growth strategies that align with company goals. Create business briefs, KPIs, and roadmaps for new programs and initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Program Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and deliver high-impact results. Utilize project management best practices to remove obstacles, adapt to changes, and effectively manage risks.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to define strategic priorities. Foster open communication, drive alignment, and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Growth Enablement: Partner with teams to create conditions that drive growth, build capabilities, and elevate skills across the organization. Design and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience, drive business outcomes, and improve internal processes.

  • Market & Customer Insights: Leverage customer and market data to inform decision-making. Identify opportunities to enhance products, services, and customer experiences. Understand diverse customer segments and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Storytelling & Communication: Craft clear and compelling narratives around growth initiatives. Simplify complex data and concepts into actionable insights that can be easily understood by both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Measurement & Reporting: Define and track success metrics for growth initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal teams, highlighting insights, progress, and areas for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate strategies and programs. Recommend adjustments based on performance data, customer feedback, and market trends. Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management, growth strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in a technology or fast-growing startup environment. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business results.

  • Skills:

    • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
    • Experience in driving growth initiatives across various channels, including product development, marketing, and customer support.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, impactful narratives.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency with data analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar).

Growth Strategy Manager positions offer a base pay range of $114,745 - $126,824 plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer low deductible health plans, as well as flexible time away and family leave programs.
