Own Read AI’s upmarket sales strategy, targeting enterprise segments, sourcing and closing complex B2B SaaS deals, developing reseller and technology partnerships, and converting product-led adoption into larger agreements. Own product design for growth surfaces, including onboarding, activation, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and trial-to-paid conversion. Own brand and creative execution across visual identity, video, social, campaigns, launches, marketing websites, and sales enablement. Create short-form videos, product demos, landing pages, campaign variants, launch assets, and platform-specific social content. Partner with growth, product marketing, product design, and web development teams to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling visual stories. Use performance data to improve creative while maintaining brand quality and consistency.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy and infrastructure for onboarding, activation, retention, monetization, renewal, and expansion. Build behavioral segmentation, triggered journeys, experimentation, personalization, and measurement across email and in-product channels. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, CS, and RevOps to improve user activation, engagement, conversion, and retention while maintaining deliverability, privacy, consent, localization, and campaign quality.

Own major features across iOS and Android, including real-time audio capture, AI-powered interactions, performance optimization, offline support, synchronization, security, and scalable mobile architecture. Partner with product, design, and ML teams to deliver reliable mobile experiences. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, hiring, and engineering standards.

Define strategy and priorities for organizational intelligence products that connect fragmented workplace context across conversations, tools, teams, and time. Lead customer discovery, problem framing, prototyping, product launches, measurement, and iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Enterprise, Platform, and go-to-market teams to create trustworthy AI experiences emphasizing relevance, provenance, privacy, permissions, and customer control.

Own product design for Read AI’s meeting capture lifecycle across desktop, mobile, web, bots, and integrations. Design capture states, failures, recovery, consent, participant controls, and coherent cross-platform experiences. Shape live AI assistance, prototype complex interactions, influence product direction, and partner with Product and Engineering through launch and evaluation. The role requires strong interaction and visual craft, systems thinking, technical judgment, and end-to-end ownership of complex, trust-sensitive products.

Build and evolve Read AI’s cross-platform desktop application using Rust, Tauri, React, and TypeScript. Own native capabilities including audio capture, on-device processing, device integrations, permissions, background processes, packaging, signing, notarization, auto-updates, and crash telemetry across Windows and macOS. Partner with product and design on roadmap decisions, establish codebase standards, and deliver reliable installed software to real users.
