• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business objectives and its competitive advantages by actively monitoring the competitive landscape and providing business plans for the business initiatives.

• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

• Lead the execution of strategic business and oversee business performance and profitability of multiple project initiatives.

• Identify business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.

• Work with other teams to target the right market and deliver an excellent user experience.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech teams, etc. to identify levers for achieving business performance targets.

• You have solid experience of at least 4 years in Sales/Business Development/relevant fields.

• You are self motivated, driven to win, and not afraid to take a no. You take pride in your ability to consistently achieve your sales targets.

• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations.

• You are a quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and a strong drive to make things happen.

• You are data-driven - must be able to effectively use data to measure the success of your projects/d

• Knowledge or experience of the Marketplace, and/or e-Commerce is a plus.

• You are fluent in English
