1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across business units.
- Track performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
2. Business Partnering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and supply chain to improve financial performance.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
3. Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key financial and operational metrics.
4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital including receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
- Support treasury planning and liquidity management.
6. Risk Management
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 7–8+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial tools and financial reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Skills Required
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- 7-8+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Good understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles
