- Financial strategy and business insights
- Own the design and evolution of dashboards and financial reporting frameworks used by the CFO and leadership team, not only their upkeep. •
- Lead the incentive and pricing strategy conversation using invoicing, expense and margin data, and present recommendations directly to leadership.
- Set the standard for tracking customer balances, advances and key balance sheet items, and hold the wider team accountable to it.
- Own the incentive policy end-to-end, including design revisions, not only calculation and compliance checks.
- Approve budgeted versus actual spend variances above a defined threshold and escalate cost efficiency risks proactively rather than on request.
- Own the weekly and monthly MIS reporting cycle for leadership review, including the narrative that accompanies the numbers.
- Design and institutionalize controls for financial transaction reconciliation across the business, rather than only executing them.
- AI exposure, advanced excel, or related tool skills in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, at a level where you build the model rather than maintain one built by someone else.
- CA, CFA, or MBA, with 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, business finance, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting at a senior or lead level.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex financial data sets and convert analysis into decisions leadership can act on, not only reports leadership can read.
- Strong exposure to cost control, spend management, reconciliations, working capital and financial controls, including having designed or redesigned at least one control process.
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, and the confidence to work closely with the CFO and leadership team with minimal supervision.
- Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to hold a position with senior stakeholders when the data supports it.

Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Proven ability to design structured dashboards and extract actionable insights from financial data.
- Strong analytical mindset, with attention to data accuracy and financial structuring.
- Experience in financial reconciliations, cost tracking, and spend management.
- Ability to work independently and ensure financial controls and transparency.
