Implement and improve EHS systems at a hazardous pesticide manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include statutory compliance, legal registers, risk assessments, HAZOP, MOC, permit-to-work and contractor safety systems, inspections, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, occupational health, environmental compliance, training, and EHS reporting. The role focuses on process safety, regulatory adherence, incident reduction, audit action closure, and developing a proactive workplace safety culture.

Leads the engineering function by owning technical strategy, architecture, roadmap, team development, scalable system delivery, cloud-native infrastructure, reliability, security, incident response, and engineering standards.
