Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth and expansion within the real estate market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.

·       Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·       Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends.

·       Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

·       Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Track and report on sales performance and business development activities

Requirements

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

·       Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance and real estate sector.

·       Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·       Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

·       Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
