You will join the Marketplace team, a department that drives the growth strategy, client acquisition, and scalability of the vast majority of the products offered by Pluxee, with a particular focus on health insurance products.
As a Business Development Trainee, you will support key initiatives to grow our client base, strengthen our value proposition, and make our commercial processes more efficient and data-driven.
This is an ideal opportunity for final-year students who want to start their career in sales and business development, applying structured thinking and problem-solving skills to real commercial challenges in a fast-growing tech environment.
From day one, you will collaborate on real projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the development of sales materials and value propositions for new business and Renewals
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects throughout their decision-making process for implementing insurance policies
- Provide support during sales meetings with prospects regarding insurance products
- Assist in gathering and synthesizing market and competitor insights to inform product positioning
- Support the insurance renewal process by following up with existing clients, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition through each renewal cycle
- Participate in the analysis of customer needs and pain points to contribute to the product development roadmap

- Final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
Experience
- Previous internships or academic projects involving sales or business development are a plus (not mandatory)
Languages
- English: professional proficiency
- Spanish: native or professional proficiency
