We're looking for a Business Development Represetnative to join our Hazardous Waste division. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, customer centric sales team member to join our team! The position requires a high level of understanding of the interrelationships of multiple customer departments and committees with potential and existing customers. A high level of negotiating and solution selling skills is required coupled with strong relationship building capabilities.


Please keep in mind, while this role is not working out of an office, selling face-to-face will be a requirment.

Responsibilities

  • Help transform the way the non acute medical industry improves medical waste segregation and staff safety with our engineered medical waste products and systems. 
  • Navigate a high volume of customer request and sales related inquiries
  • Set up high quality appointments for inbound an outbound leads
  • Achieve sales quotas for the territory as set by the company
  • Targeting new business and creating a pipeline within the territory
  • Develop a business plan for the territory using SalesForce.com as the basis for the plan detailing key targets, etc.
  • Utilize pipeline management to ensure sales plan is met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction for accounts won and accounts being worked on

Requirements

  • BS, BA Four Year Degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be located in or near Houston, TX
  • Proven track record of success, with experience in a solution-based selling industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-5 years of sales experience
  • Tech savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, outreach, outlook)
  • Must be able to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all our products and services to compare their performance with competitive products
  • Problem solver : seek to understand and be able to provide a solution for the customer
