The Business Development Representative sits at the front end of growth. In this role, you will partner with an assigned Sales Director to generate a qualified pipeline by creating meaningful prospect engagement, identifying fit, and setting high-quality meetings. What You’ll Do

  • Generate pipeline for assigned Sales Director(s) by engaging both existing leads in our database and net new prospects outside the database.
  • Use a multi-channel prospecting approach including calls, personalized email, and social selling to drive engagement and open qualified conversations.
  • Research prospects and accounts against Sentient Jet’s ideal customer profile (ICP) and identify strong-fit opportunities.
  • Qualify potential need, timing, and suitability before scheduling meetings for your associated Sales Director.
  • Create, update, and maintain clean records in Salesforce, including lead, contact, activity, and opportunity data.
  • Leverage a strong technology stack to prioritize activity, personalize outreach, and improve conversion.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to refine messaging, targeting, and follow-up strategy.
