Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management & Growth: Serve as the primary lead for managing and developing relationships with assigned Asia MNC accounts in Thailand
- Business Development & Sales Execution: Act as an "ice-breaker" to open doors with new local Chinese customers and develop new potential opportunities in the region.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Bridge efficient communication and collaboration between ZLC and the local partner, leveraging ZLC's commercial experience and the partner's operational capabilities.
- Operational Excellence & Problem Solving: Ensure operational challenges are resolved promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence & Planning: Conduct market research within the local market to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, key account management, or strategic sales within the international logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Strong ability to develop long-term account strategies and execution plans.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Fluency in Thai language is preferred.
- Experience with Chinese business culture is highly preferred. Ability to work effectively in a cross-culture, cross-functional, matrix environment.
- Can-do attitude, Proactive, entrepreneurial, and strong problem-solver.
Skills Required
