Realization of Sales and Sales Development for China CBEC business (13m Euro in 2030)
- Own Full responsibility for China CBEC strategy development and business executions. Drive appropriate go-to-market strategies through direct and indirect channels. Work with Mkting and Regulatory to identify the key players in CBEC channel and working with Global/Regional KA team in US, Europe, APAC to develop customer co-marketing programs in China CBEC market.
- Commercial relationship development with targeted CMOs in different regions to serve China CBEC business needs, especially for formulation development and consolidation for ingredients which cannot be listed into China yet.
- Develop collaboration with China CBEC platforms including Tmallglobal, Tiktok Global, JD global etc, to develop trend for ingredients and concept development for consumer education programs.
- Work with other regions for global leading brands for their business expansion in China CBEC through commercial trade partner collaboration and marketing agency for content development support.
Global to Local KA management
- Enhance the KA importance and drive a consensus for the KA collaborations
- Global KA pool: H&H, R&B, Haleon, etc.
- Local KA pool: Byhealth, Wonderlab, Mom’s Garden, etc.
- Identify new business opportunities with KA customers, interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers leading to profitable future business.
- Implement BU pricing policy for the area of relevance while considering feedback from the local market. Lead distributor management for supply effectiveness.
- Lead BU business reviews and monthly forecasting processes.

Essential
- Min bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science or Food and Nutrition, at least more than 10 years of direct B2B sales experience with proven track record/capabilities in Korean dietary supplement industry.
- Candidates with MBA and/or experience in selling Pharma/human nutrition/food ingredients materials will have added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and manage resources to maximize market performance.
- Experienced making presentations with both external and internal customers.
