Cen Global Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, relationship management, and market expansion across the Company's service areas, including consulting, HR services, haulage and logistics, engineering, and HVAC services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across the Company's service areas.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify prospective clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into profitable business relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and service pitches.
Lead client negotiations and facilitate the successful closure of business deals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop service solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor the business development pipeline, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports.
Represent the Company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business engagements.
Maintain client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and service expansion.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
A good degree in Engineering, Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
Experience in consulting, HR services, haulage and logistics, engineering, HVAC, or related service industries is an added advantage.
Strong business development, sales, and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Good networking, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, develop business opportunities, and achieve set performance targets.
Skills Required
