Lead end-to-end development and commercial growth of the CNG business, managing projects from concept to commissioning. Execution
- Oversee
the end-to-end development of the CNG business, from conceptualization through
to commissioning.
- Engage
and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure
projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
- Monitor
project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while providing regular
progress reports to management and stakeholders.

established and compliance with company policies is maintained.
- Develop
pricing strategies that reflect market conditions and oversee timely and
accurate invoices and revenue collection to optimize cash flow.
- Conduct
market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform business strategies and
identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership &
Collaboration:
- Build, lead, and
motivate a small team to achieve both technical and commercial objectives
- Provide clear
direction, support, coaching, and performance management to team members,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Encourage
collaboration within the team and with internal and external stakeholders to
drive project success and innovation.
- Conduct regular team
meetings to align objectives, share best practices, and encourage knowledge
sharing.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare
and present comprehensive reports on project status, commercial performance,
risks, and mitigation measures to management.
- Ensure
compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements
pertaining to CNG operations, maintaining high ethical standards.
- Contribute
to the development of company policies and procedures concerning CNG operations
to enhance operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree and
a relevant professional certification is an added advantages.
- Proven experience in
the CNG sector or similar energy-related fields, with a solid understanding of
industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
