Project Development & Execution

  •   Oversee the end-to-end development of the CNG business, from conceptualization through to commissioning.
  • Engage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while providing regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory and industry safety standards and proactively manage any risks associated with project execution.
  •  Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify potential obstacles and ensure proactive solutions.

 

Commercial Development:

  •  Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to position the company as a preferred CNG supplier in the marketplace.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new customer relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage key client portfolios effectively.
  •  Lead contract negotiations and administration, ensuring favorable terms are established and compliance with company policies is maintained.
  • Develop pricing strategies that reflect market conditions and oversee timely and accurate invoices and revenue collection to optimize cash flow.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  •  Build, lead, and motivate a small team to achieve both technical and commercial objectives
  •  Provide clear direction, support, coaching, and performance management to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Encourage collaboration within the team and with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and innovation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, share best practices, and encourage knowledge sharing.             

                                                                                                                                                                                               

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, commercial performance, risks, and mitigation measures to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements pertaining to CNG operations, maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures concerning CNG operations to enhance operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  A Master's degree and a relevant professional certification is an added advantages.
  • Proven experience in the CNG sector or similar energy-related fields, with a solid understanding of industry trends and regulatory frameworks.

 

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound commercial and technical decisions.

  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in the CNG sector.
