At SHIELD, you'll help expand our presence in healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy, and commercial markets by developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers solve unique storage and workspace challenges.

What You'll Do
- Develop new business opportunities across healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy, and commercial markets.
- Build relationships with architects, contractors, facility leaders, end users, and other decision-makers.
- Own the sales process from prospecting through close.
- Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams on growth initiatives.
- Represent SHIELD at client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
- Learn our products, capabilities, and customers to become a trusted resource.

Experience
- 3-10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- A track record of developing new business and growing customer relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing a sales process from prospecting through close.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience selling into healthcare, commercial construction, manufacturing, or other project-based industries.
- Experience working with architects, contractors, facility leaders, or design professionals.
- Experience selling technical, customized, or design-driven products.
