Sell custom locker and storage solutions by developing new business across healthcare, laboratory, pharmacy, and commercial markets. Build relationships with architects, contractors, facility leaders, and end users; own the sales process from prospecting through close; maintain a sales pipeline; represent SHIELD at client meetings and trade shows; partner with Marketing and Product teams.

Design and produce manufacturable custom products using SolidWorks. Create production drawings, assemblies, and BOMs; apply DFM, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Design, Estimating, Operations, and Production to meet quality and timeline goals.

Perform all phases of shop fabrication for custom projects, operating power tools and fabrication machines, reading drawings, following shop procedures, collaborating with the production team, maintaining safety, lifting up to 75 pounds, and improving processes to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Create accurate production drawings in SolidWorks, bridge design and production, ensure BOM accuracy, collaborate with Operations to resolve fabrication issues, enforce standards, complete projects on time and within budget, and support production through install while adhering to safety and quality requirements.

Translate designs into manufacturable products using SolidWorks, create production drawings and BOM data, collaborate with design, estimating, and production, troubleshoot on the production floor, and ensure projects meet quality and deadline expectations.

Entry-level Production Engineer who creates accurate Solidworks production drawings, maintains BOMs, collaborates with Design and Production, resolves production issues, and delivers projects on time and within budget.
