Role Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager – International Business Development (Exports) with responsibility for global travel and market expansion. The role’s purpose is to drive revenue and margin growth for our Fruit Pulp & Concentrates exports, while strengthening customer relationships and ensuring compliance with international trade standards.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement across global markets.
- Expand customer base and open new international markets for fruit pulp and concentrate products.

- 6–10+ years in food ingredients, fruit pulp, concentrates, or processed food exports.
- Proven expertise in managing international distributors, importers, and strategic accounts.
- Strong background in opening new markets and driving export growth.

- Proficiency in INCOTERMS and international trade standards.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
