Job DescriptionThe Person will be driving the BFSI Vertical business development, wherein vision is to be the preferred Training consulting company. In this endeavor, the role would involve Solutioning, acquisition, relationship management to establish Centum learning as a thought leader, Drive business KPIs and developing external resources & also work with cross functional teams within the organisation.
QualificationsIdeal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)
- 7-10 years of which should have at least 3 years in Business Development or delivery for training business in Banking, Finance and Insurance sector.
- Good network with the BFSI decision makers across country.
- Should possess Consultative skills in order to build a solution framework based on business challenges of key stake holders and ability to think thru a problem solutioning.
- Should have a strong understanding of the opportunities, needs for training needs of the BFSI sector.
