Join Expedia Group’s Brazil Market Management team as a Business Development Intern and be part of an exciting, dynamic, and strategic area of our business. This internship is designed to develop young talent, offering real business exposure, hands-on learning, and professional development under the mentorship of experienced Market Managers and Area Managers.
In this role, you will:
Support Market Management with daily activities to ensure best visibility and competitiveness for partner hotels.
Assist with operational tasks that contribute to commercial excellence and account management efficiency.
Learn to use internal tools and reports to analyze hotel performance and identify business opportunities.
Participate in strategic initiatives that enhance the partner experience and drive traveler value.
Gain exposure to Expedia Group’s products, technologies, and global travel marketplace.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Hospitality, Economics, Tourism, or related fields), with an expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2029.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team and across different stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
