As a Business Development Intern at Paper.id, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sales process, learning about lead generation, client engagement, and our software products and services. ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining and updating the sales CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client information, leads, and opportunities.
Organize and manage sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling client meetings, coordinating follow-up emails, and preparing sales presentations.
Assist in tracking sales activities, including updating sales pipelines and compiling data for weekly and monthly reports.
Support the sales team by researching potential clients and compiling relevant information for outreach efforts.
Help process and record feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement in the sales process.
Coordinate internal meetings for the sales team, including setting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.
Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, including presentations, brochures, and other sales collateral.
Assist in data entry and document management, ensuring that all sales-related records are up to date and easily accessible.
Monitor and report on the status of ongoing sales initiatives and campaigns.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (experience with CRM tools is a plus).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
