Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets.
- Build and execute account growth plans that support business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify client needs and position Experian's solutions to deliver measurable business value.
- Expand existing client relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Experian's portfolio.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve short- and long-term revenue goals.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiations to successfully close business opportunities
- Identify new market segments, strategic partnerships and growth opportunities that align with Experian's capabilities.
- Represent Experian at industry events, networking forums and client engagements to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business strategies, challenges, and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted partner by identifying opportunities where Experian can support client growth and transformation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution positioning and delivery.
- Support client retention and growth through proactive engagement and ongoing value creation.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market developments and business opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Delivery and Client Success teams to deliver compelling client solutions and achieve business outcomes.
- Take ownership of personal performance, development goals, and continuous learning.
- This role will be reporting to the Business Development Manager.

- Proven experience 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account growth
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, financial services, decisioning, or technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business, expanding client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
- Identify client challenges and articulate complex solutions in terms of business value and commercial outcomes.
